About Mt. Charleston

The soaring top of Mount Charleston makes a marvelous backdrop for outdoorsy couples coming to Las Vegas to get married.

Eight endemic butterfly species which are found nowhere else on earth, call these mountains home, while the ski resort, open in the Nevada winter, is home to snowboarders and skiers looking for some downhill fun only an hour from the Las Vegas Strip.
